steep hillinsufficient umbrellas
The location was quite disappointing. it sits atop a very steep hill. Walking to the beach became a real chore. also, the outdoor pool lacked sufficient umbrellas, a real issue when trying to keep young children out of direct sunlight.

electronic locksmaller room
the electronic lock on my apartment failed. i had to exit through the window with all my belongings. then, they moved me to a much smaller room facing a concrete wall, so that sucked. what started well ended pretty badly to be honest.

My stay started decent, but some aspects soured the experience. The room had a old look. It seemed like not clean. I also didn't sleep good on the bed. It was too hard.

the room included a well-equipped kitchen. it featured a full fridge and various cooking utensils. the swimming pool had plenty of sun loungers. a lifeguard was present during the day.
the hill to reach the hotel is somewhat steep.

The animation team had an amazing vibe. bar food and drinks had great prices. I especially liked the lunchtime snacks. The complex offered spacious rooms. The layout allowed us to relax and feel at home. The cleanliness was really good!
the gym had a charge for access, a little inconvenient!
